I believe this may be a “railroad related” lock, a top-of-the-line model sold by the RRSCO to railroad companies, similar to RichConnRR* locks (?) Or would they have had their own company rail line at the foundry? I was unable to find any history on the RRSCO. *Richards & Conover, a hardware supply company
