This could be the Louisiana & Arkansas Railroad – I’m less confident about the provenance of this key, and it looks newer than the 1900-1909 era before the Louisville & Nashville Railroad bought the Louisville & Atlantic. Most known Louisville & Atlantic keys are marked with a number as well.
